We offer refunds on eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Returns and refunds are not permitted for any open or used skincare products, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@dreamsslab.com with details and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the product for a refund or replacement.

 

1.5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

 

2.2. Return Process To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@dreamsslab.com within the specified timeframe. Please provide your order details, reason for the return or exchange, and whether you would like a refund or replacement product. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on returning the product.

 

2.3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. ***Upon initiating a return for a product, customers are required to photograph the contents of the package and forward the images to support@dreamsslab.com. Failure to complete this step, coupled with the discovery of opened or damaged products during inspection, will render the refund ineligible.

 

2.4. Inspection and Approval Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If the product passes inspection, we will process the return or exchange according to your instructions.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, Limited Edition and Artist Collaborated items are not applicable for refunds.

 

Discount Codes Policy

  • Use of Discount Codes Discount codes provided by Dreamss Lab™ are intended for single use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each discount code has its own terms and conditions, including expiration dates and usage limitations, which may vary.
  • Expiration and Validity Discount codes have an expiration date after which they are no longer valid for use. Please ensure to use the discount code within the specified timeframe to avail of the discount.
  • Usage Limitations Discount codes may have usage limitations, such as minimum purchase requirements or restrictions on specific products or categories. Please review the terms and conditions associated with each discount code before applying it to your purchase.
  • Refunds and Returns If a purchase made with a discount code is eligible for a refund or return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, or in the form of a store credit if the original payment was made using a discount code.

 

Gift Card Policy

  • Redemption of Gift Cards Gift cards issued by Dreamss Lab™ can be redeemed for purchases on our website https://dreamsslab.com. Gift cards are valid for use until the expiration date specified on the card or as required by applicable law.
  • Non-Transferable Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. They are intended for use by the recipient named on the card.
  • Expiration and Validity Gift cards have an expiration date after which they are no longer valid for use. Please ensure to use the gift card within the specified timeframe to avail of the balance.
  • Refunds and Returns If a purchase made with a gift card is eligible for a refund or return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card used for the purchase, or in the form of a store credit if the original payment was made using a gift card.
  • Lost or Stolen Gift Cards Dreamss Lab™ is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and store it securely. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

 

Refund & Return Policy for Third-Party Distributors

1. Refunds and Returns Process

Dreamss Lab™ products purchased through third-party distributors are subject to the refund and return policies of the respective distributor. Customers should refer to the distributor’s website or contact their customer service directly for information on their specific refund and return procedures.

 

2. Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for refunds and returns, including timelines, conditions, and any applicable fees, are determined by the third-party distributor. Customers should review the distributor’s policies carefully to understand their rights and obligations regarding refunds and returns.

4. Exceptions

Any exceptions to the refund and return policies of third-party distributors, such as defective or damaged products, should be addressed directly with the distributor according to their established procedures.

 

5. Dreamss Lab™ Involvement

Dreamss Lab™ is not directly involved in the refund and return process for products purchased through third-party distributors. As such, any requests for refunds or returns must be handled through the distributor’s channels.

Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift during the purchase process and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Subsequently, a gift certificate will be dispatched to the recipient. In instances where the item was not designated as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, any refunds resulting from returns will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The gift giver will be informed of the return and associated refund.

 

Refunds for Fraudulent Card Use

In the unfortunate event of unauthorized transactions made with a customer’s card for purchasing Dreamss Lab™ products, we require the affected customer to promptly report the incident to both law enforcement authorities and their banking institution. A police report and a report to the bank are mandatory for initiating the refund process.

 

Upon filing reports with the police and the bank, customers are requested to inform Dreamss Lab™ immediately by contacting our customer service team at support@dreamsslab.com. Subsequently, we will initiate an investigation into the fraudulent activity.

 

Once the necessary documentation, including the police report and the bank’s confirmation of unauthorized transactions, is provided to us, refunds will be processed promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Dreamss Lab™ prioritizes the security and satisfaction of our customers and takes incidents of fraudulent card use seriously. We appreciate your cooperation in promptly reporting any unauthorized transactions and providing the required documentation.

 

Fraudulent Chargebacks & Unauthorized Use

Dreamss Lab™ strictly prohibits fraudulent chargebacks and unauthorized use of its products or services. Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or unauthorized use will result in immediate legal action. Refunds for transactions flagged as fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized use will strictly NOT be granted. Such instances will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to the relevant authorities and banning the individual(s) responsible from accessing Dreamss Lab™ products  in the future.
